St. Regis’s Kayuputi restaurant invites you to a gastronomic experience with Vasse Felix Wine on Friday, July 6th. This coveted dinner will present a 6-course degustation menu by the award-winning, Executive Chef of the Kayuputi kitchen Agung Gede in collaboration with Vasse Felilx’s Head Chef Brendan Pratt. Brendan’s prior positions include Michelin-starred restaurants The Fat Duck and The Ledbury before his involvement with Vasse Felix in 2017. The elaborate menu will be paired with the finest selection of Margaret Rivers Vasse Felix wine, which is regarded to be one of Australia’s finest. Priced at IDR 1,850,000 net per person including wine pairing, starting at 7pm with a pre-dinner cocktail.
