Dine in elegance with celebrity chefs at the W Bali – Seminyak on January 11 from 6pm, in conjunction with the Scholars of Sustenance who will be helping provide valuable nutrition for those in need with the proceeds of the dinner. The celebrity chefs will prepare a four-course dinner, with the minds of local legend Chris Salans of Mozaic Restaurant, Multiple Michelin star Jacques Pourcel, Netherlands MasterChef Judge Alan Caron and Beryl Adler “Director of Cuisine” of W Bali – Seminyak all working together to create something magical. All proceeds will go to SOS Bali, allowing them to initiate their “Bans Basic” program, which constitutes collecting surplus food and distributing it to the region of Desa Ban Karangasem. The event will include live music, dance performances as well as other forms of entertainment, plus over 100,000,000 IDR in prizes. Seats are limited and cost IDR 1,750,000 net.
