There will be five Indonesian-themed delicacies prepared and paired with crafted cocktails by Byrdhouse’s finest mixologist. The opening course will be showcasing Balinese Sate Lilit, paired with Cucumber & Lemongrass Fizz. It will be followed with Wagyu Saus Rendang with Anggur Exotic, Kare Udang with Tropical Cinnamon and Kepiting Dabu Dabu with Markisa Delight.
