A Cocktail Pairing Dinner at Byrdhouse Beach Club

Byrdhouse Beach Club will be collaborating with Indonesian famed Chef in Red, Renee Tanjung, to present a five-course cocktail pairing dinner on December 10. There will be five Indonesian-themed delicacies prepared and paired with crafted cocktails by Byrdhouse’s finest mixologist. The opening course will be showcasing Balinese Sate Lilit, paired with Cucumber & Lemongrass Fizz. It will be followed with Wagyu Saus Rendang with Anggur Exotic, Kare Udang with Tropical Cinnamon and Kepiting Dabu Dabu with Markisa Delight. The dessert will be Es Teler Tiramisu, paired with Coco Cabana. The exclusive dinner is tagged at 999k net per person, with 15% Early Bird discount for reservations by November 26.
