Blue Matcha offers Culinary Delight

Blue Matcha Kitchen & Art Dining, opened its doors to the public in central Seminyak a few months ago. It brings a unique concept to the table, combining art and cuisine, creating a unique dining experience to add to Bali’s ever-increasing and stylish, culinary scene.

The restaurant is a hidden gem located within the grounds of Blue Karma Oasis Escape Seminyak on Gang Bima. Designed to open minds and broaden palates, the menu at Blue Matcha takes inspiration from not only Asia, but also from all around the globe. The kitchen and art dining experience has been meticulously crafted by Blue Matcha’s new man in charge, Executive Chef Ridwan Hakim. He brings with him a depth of high-end dining experience and innovative flavors to suit every palate, always leaving diners curious for more.

Chef Ridwan recently introduced a matcha (green tea)-inspired, east-meets-west menu, meticulously presented, which includes unique dishes like 45 Degrees Salmon, Tender Flaming Wagyu, 75 Degrees of Roasted Lamb Rack, Coriander Chicken Breast, and Chocolate Terrine for dessert and more. All dishes are a culinary delight; such flavoursome morsels, eaten in a tranquil and refined ambiance.

Blue Matcha Kitchen is open daily for breakfast from 7.30am – 11pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
