There are some lavish Sunday brunches you can find in Nusa Dua, indeed. However, if you are in need of the extraordinary, head down to The St. Regis Bali Resort as their Extraordinary Boneka Sunday Brunch is something you won’t want to miss. Experience a relaxed yet exceptional brunching experience at their very own Boneka Restaurant, started with complimentary aperitifs and ended with delectable desserts.
Unlike others, the Sunday Brunch here opens with a lounging moment at the King Cole Bar where diners can enjoy the passed-around complimentary aperitifs for one hour before proceeding to the ‘real thing’. This one-of-a-kind beginning then leads to a truly global culinary expedition at the restaurant where a selection of international offers is on display. The outdoor grill features catch of the day, oysters and meats, while the indoor area offers roasted meats, a selection of pastas, dim sums, sushi and sashimi, their à la carte delights which include diners’ favorites like Grilled Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, Duo of Foie Grass and Egg Nouvelle, as well as the chef’s specialties which are offered in an endless pass-around feast. Last, but not least, the sweet finish showcases homemade desserts and ice cream with various delicious toppings.
The Brunch Package costs 690k per adult which includes complimentary aperitifs served at King Cole Bar from 11am until 12pm. Additional Beverage Package is 990k net per adult, inclusive of sparkling wine. Children aged three to 12 years old pay 345k net, whereas children below three years old eat free.
