Just head down to Makase Restaurant at Hotel Indigo Seminyak as they are now offering an exciting all-you-can-eat breakfast. Inspired by the resort’s lively neighborhood, the breakfast allows you to sample the distinctive tastes of local and western cuisines all at once, showcasing an abundance of delicious fare which is served across the breakfast’s many stations.
Stepping into Makase Restaurant, we were greeted with the beautiful view of unique traditional adornments around the restaurant. They serve the food in various live stations alongside the open kitchen. Sat at our table, we were then served a welcoming shooter of fresh mixed apple and guava juice. Proceeding to the first station, we chose to go with a salad appetizer, then on the hot dishes table we chose from a selection of main courses including fried rice, fried noodles, tomato ratatoullie, sauteed mushroom, roast chicken BBQ, sauteed vegetables and potato wedges. During the feast, while we relaxed on our seat and enjoyed chatting with our friends, the staff delivered some light dishes for us to try. To add some more color to the spread, we tried their fruit station offering various slices and whole pieces of fruit. The pastry station offering some sweet Danishes and desserts. And let’s not forget the selection of dim sum of the day at Srikaya Pao. To accompany the brunch, we can chose our drink from their selection of unlimited flow of juices, tea and coffee.
The all-you-can-eat breakfast is priced at IDR 337,8K++ per person, including free-flow of chilled bottled juice, as well as coffee and tea from Pottery Café. For the in-house guest, a 50% discount is applied till further notice.
