Bali’s Longest Brunch

When it’s beach and brunch that you’re looking for on a sunny Sunday in south Bali, Sundara at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is the place to go. Themed Bali’s Longest Brunch, it is indeed the longest brunch you could find on the island, running for six hours, allowing you to enjoy their unlimited specialties between dips in the pool and walks on the beach. Eat, laze and take it slow because you’ve got so much time to while away!

Unlike most Sunday brunches, this brunch gives guests a comprehensive gastronomic experience through their assortment of à la carte offers. Full of flavors and textures, these modern Asian-inspired dishes are served in small plates, making it perfect for tasting and sharing. From their Cold section, guests are invited to indulge in their fresh, mostly raw options like Local Heirloom Tomato, Red Snapper Carpaccio, Smoked Gindara Cod, Ahi Poke, Tiger Prawn and Beef Angus Tataki. Meanwhile, the Hot section offers many hearty dishes, including Lombok Oyster Tempura, Torched Foie Grass, Dynamite Calamari, Char Siew Pork Slider and Malai Kofta Curry. What comes next is an extensive selection of desserts from their Sweets section. Either the Vanilla Panna Cotta, Earl Grey Crème Brule, Berry Cheese Cake or all of them at once, they are sure to be the sweet ending of the Sunday brunch experience here.
The brunch is priced at 575K++ per person. 50% off for children aged five to twelve years old, whereas children below five eat free. There are also additional prices for beverage packages, starting from 125K++. Prices include free accesses to their 57-meter infinity pool and kids club. Make sure you don’t leave too early as they also have Sundara Sundowners Happy Hour, starting from 5 PM!
