Tell us your background in music
In early childhood back in the late 80s my parents always put me to sleep with Bob Marley, on my dad vintage Sony cassette tape player (which I still have). Growing up in school I was learning guitar on punk and rock music .. I switched to Hip-hop/r&b in late 90s to middle 2000. Then I copied a collection of House/Electronica tracks from a good friend who studied in Singapore. That’s when I start to learn how to mix, and digging. When we still have slow internet here in Bali, and few years later in early 2010 with the support from island well known DJ’s Wilson, Jaux Ion and Mamsa, I started integrating myself into the music scene, by bonding at clubs every weekend, in places like 66, Cocoon, Baccio, Deejay Club, Mint and then Jenja. Also getting myself taught about music production along the way. Now a decade later in 2020 I’m still pushing boundaries on my music, production and playlist.
