Their Single Malt Bar’s version of the classic cocktail (IDR80k) retains its tart and creamy taste that comes from a mixture of gin, raspberry puree, orange blossom, syrup, and egg white for that signature frothy head. It’s a complex and sophisticated drink that definitely befits the bar.
