On The Rocks: Nu Lazer | Hubert Fashioned

Hangout at Sanur’s Nu Lazer long enough and you might get a cocktail named after you. Case in point: Hubert Fashioned (IDR97k++), a homage to a German tourist who often frequented the restaurant and bar. It’s made from pineapple juice, fresh orange, dry vermouth, and gin, then garnished with rosemary and  a flamed cinnamon-covered orange slice for that smoky aroma and taste) Nu Lazer’s signature cocktail is deliciously fresh and soft, sweet with hints of herbs. Or, as the bartender told us, it’s a very laidback drink—a reflection of the source’s charm, no doubt.
