On The Rocks: Mya@Dash Hotel Seminyak | Whiskey Sour

The whiskey sour is a classic cocktail that has been around for over a century. For something this old to last through the test of time (and mixology), it has to have some merit. We sampled the Whiskey Sour (145k) over at the Mya Restaurant inside Dash Hotel Seminyak and it was mouth puckering goodness. Like any classic whiskey sour, it featured gomme, egg white, lemon and whisky. The whiskey used was the especially unique Bulleit Kentucky bourbon which added subtle sweetness. So if you need a little bit of sour in your sweet vacation, check this cocktail out.
