On The Rocks: Kopi Pot | Uluwatu Sunset

Apart from their signature best-seller cocktail, the breezy Arak Madu, the Lone Palm Bar of Kopi Pot in Legian also has another winning drink: the tall glass of tropical delight, Uluwatu Sunset (IDR95k++). The cocktail (almost as old as the beloved establishment itself) is a mixture of Bacardi, Triple Sec, Galiano, orange juice, and grenadine syrup, and the end result leans more on refreshingly sweet, with a slight tart edge, but thankfully without being overtly saccharine.
