The cozy minibar at Hibachi Voyage Bali is such an ideal spot for a simple get-together, or to merely stretch your legs while waiting for your desserts to arrive in the main dining area. Their classic cocktail list is similar to Hibachi’s menu—which are Japanese-American fusion dishes—and mostly use the soft tasting sake as base. Must try: Blue Sake Cosmo (85k), a subtle mixture of high-quality sake, blue curacao, triple sec, and clam juice—a perfect companion for your mahi-mahi. Since the taste feels just right—as in not too strong and not too sweet—so beware of repeat orders! Other favorites are the super refreshing Voyage Sake Mojito and the sumptuous Rock Shrimp Martini.
