Winky Wiryawan is one of the most sought-after DJs in Indonesia, with his skills having put him in a supporting role for famous international DJs like Tiesto, Armin van Buuren and Paul van Dyk. He started his DJ career in 1995 when electronic dance culture was just emerging in Indonesia. In 2005, he released ‘Tokio’ which was included in Jakarta Movement 05 CD. It also became a hit on the radio, played continuously at clubs and titled the Best Song by Indonesian EDM community Ravelex.net. He has won many awards, including REDMA 2007’s Best Alternative DJ of The Year and REDMA 2009’s Best DJ of The Year in 2009. Head down to Boshe to catch up with his music!
