Vadim has built a reputation as one of the world’s top independent producers, with countless EPs and collaborations been written in his portfolio. In 1994, he founded his own independent record label, Jazz Fudge, and was signed to Ninja Tune the following year. From there, his adventure began in earnest, seeing him tour across 77 countries and six continents, performing at some of the world’s most prestigious events like Sonar, Glastonbury Festival, Roskilde Festival, Fuji Rock Festival and Notting Hill Carnival to name just a few. Throughout his career, he has also produced seminal tracks such as’The Terrorist’, ‘Black is the Night’ and ‘Bluebird’, as well as numerous albums which include the 16-track Dubcatcher 2 (Wicked My Yout) he released last year on Soulbeats Records.
