Sheila on 7

Sheila on 7 is no stranger to Indonesians, as well as the rest of Asian audiences. Hailing from Yogyakarta, they were originally a collective of high school students who regularly practiced together and played at some music festivals, as a cover band. The band later found their own songs and now consists of Duta on vocals, Eross on guitar, Adam on bass and Brian on drums. Some of their greatest releases include ‘Dan’, ‘Melompat Lebih Tinggi’, ‘Berhenti Berharap’, ‘Pejantan Tangguh’ and ‘Lapang Dada’. The first two releases were included in The 150 Greatest Indonesian Songs of All Time list by Rolling Stone Indonesia.
