Sunju Hargun, or currently known as Moodwax, has been at the front lines of Asia’s underground scene since the beginning. He has spent the last 13 years establishing himself as a local hero in Bangkok, helping spots like Grease and Glow Nightclub develop into the city’s go-to underground spots with his residencies. Inspired by his appreciation toward modern electronica, Moodwax has now made his comeback after a hiatus in 2014. His latest collection draws from music he was creating as a sideline to his club tunes, with the use of styles like ambient and down tempo. His new sounds incorporate elements from his home country, Thailand, to blend with shades of electronica. See him live at Woo Bar!
