Hosted by Bentara Budaya Bali, “Sang Subyek” is a group exhibition by Komunitas 22 Ibu. Presenting the works by 50 female artists, this exhibition marks the effort of giving two important happenings for women this month, namely the Indonesian Women’s March and Kartini Day. Here, the artists do not only try to elaborate the characters of a mother literally, but also explore the noble values of this figure.
