Ida Bagus Sena, originally from Tebasaya Ubud, is one of the few young Balinese artists who still hold tightly to traditional techniques. His talent was inherited from the greatness of his grandfather, Ida Bagus Made Kembeng – a painter whose work received a global appreciation at the Colonial exhibition in France in 1937.
