“57 x 76”- Fine Art Collaboration by Hanafi and Goenawan

Ubud’s Komenka Fine Art Gallery presents an exciting collaboration between Hanafi and Goenawan, showcasing on the 24th of September from 8am – 9pm. “57 x 76” is a project that fuses the artistic vision of two icons in the visual art and literary world of Indonesia.

Yogyakarta artist Hanafi, who regards himself as a painter, has held exhibitions across Indonesia as well as The United States, often collaborating between varying mediums namely literature, theatre and architecture. His collaboration partner Goenawan Mohamad hails from Semarang and is renown as a poet, essayist, journalist and playwright that highlights art and cultural issues. Be sure to catch this collaboration between two highly acclaimed maestros.

This exhibition is free of charge and open from 8 am – 9 pm.
