Escape was back on the Ulu Cliff deck with special guest Lili Joy from Melbourne and Alex Verdacci from PNNY. With help from the Escape regulars it turned into quite a night under the stars. Solid beats all around. Pics: @scottysocials.

MICHAEL FRANTI AND THE SPEARHEAD

Michael Franti & Spearhead were in Bali after a 10 year absence and performed to a loving crowd at the clifftop playground last Friday evening. The Californian band blends hip hop with variety of other genres including funk, reggae, jazz, folk, and rock, and the large crowd lapped it up like always. 

ULU FRIDAYS

You can’t go wrong with half price drinks and great tunes from a select bunch of DJs including Dave Marti, DJ Tony Montana and Ronny B Good. This all happened down on the deck. 

THE JUNGLE GIANTS

Saturday 17 December, 2022.   
Australian sensation, THE JUNGLE GIANTS arrived and conquered the largely Aussie crowd at the Ulus main stage. Their infectious sounds had the crowd eating out of their palms. Great show and great night in Uluwatu. 

THE (ORIGINAL) WAILERS LIVE

Saturday 22 October, 2022.   
The Original Wailers, of the Bob Marley fame, were on the Bukit for a special and memorable show for the hundreds who made the trip down from all over the island. They put on a great show, much appreciated by the reggae loving crowd.  

ULU CLIFFHOUSE TURNS FIVE

Saturday 8 October, 2022.   
It took a while for me to get down there, but eventually after 5 years I did. What an amazing place it is, spacious, plenty of dance floor in front of the DJ booth, great little bar to hang out with the boss on the right side. All good times, and a great experience getting down there for the 1st time. Next time I will hopefully venture down to the famous deck down the cliff face. Happy anniversary. DJ parker was also spinning a hellova set of classic disco. 

ESCAPE X ULU CLIFFHOUSE

The Escape team was back in Ulu Cliffhouse last week, this time with Devarra and Taleena from Jakarta, and Emmerald from Spain. The regular crew was there with hundreds of fans in tow. What a night!
