Surfs Up for OmbakBali Film Festival

The OmbakBali Festival is back, and this year they’ll be bringing an even more fabulous line-up of surfing films that features world champions, local heroes, monster waves, and gentle rollers from Gaza, South Africa, Iceland, Spain, and Portugal. Southeast Asia’s one and only surf film festival will be playing curated surf documentaries that range from the seething surf scene of Brazil in the 80s to a modern day seaside town in Palestine. Highlights include Taylor Steele’s Proximity, Endless Winter II, and Gaza Surf Club. The 9th Ombak Bali Festival will start catching waves from September 13 – 15 at La Laguna, Canggu.
