Join this exclusive gastronomic adventure as Sake No Hana’s Executive Chef Hendry will combine forces with renowned Sommelier David Pedrol of Tenuta Santa Helena. Starting at the Omnia Cube at 6.30pm for a sunset reception, followed by what is surely to be a memorable seated dinner at 7.30pm, guests will enjoy all courses with a delectable and top Italian wine. Chef Hendry will be serving up dishes such as the Japanese scallop carpaccio with sakoshi oyster foam and green apple wasabi coulis, king crab and uni soba, slow cooked Wagyu beef with sesame caramel soy – to name a few. “Italy San” is going to be a night a lot of you foodies won’t want to miss.
