Frozen margaritas are a heaven-sent tropical treat—a sort of slushy with oomph. The Coyote Margarita (IDR125k) courtesy of Gardin Bistro & Pattisserie, other than being your typical perfect-for-a-sunny-day drink, might make the merriment process turn a lot quicker. Why? The high pile of crushed ice kind of forces you to sip it faster due to the quick-melting. It’s clever, though. The frozen cocktail is still a concoction of tequila, triple sec, and topped prettily with a fresh peach; we’d have to say the blend is quite smooth. It’s probably a drink more for the fairer sex and serves as a great warm-up before you saunter over to Mirror.
