Bistro C at Canggu Club possibly serves one of the best Bloody Marys on the island. The essentially vodka-soaked tomato juice was given their own flavor-enhancing twist, using chili-infused vodka and barbeque sauce that gives Bistro C’s Smokehouse Bloody Mary (IDR165k) an extra kick in the spicy—and tast!—department. Oh and that lingering smoky flavour? That’ll be the strip of bacon that they’ve used as a garnish. Even better: they served the drink in a ginormous glass—definitely more bang for your buck!
