On The Rocks: Kukusan | Beer Punch Legend

Taking cues from the frozen coronarita, Kukusan’s Beer Punch Legend (IDR90k)certainly packs a punch as it’s a glorious medley of tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and, yes, beer (that’d be a Prost), with the bottle flipped upside down into the glass. Though the taste is somewhat subtler than its source inspiration, never underestimate its heady effect! It’s an enjoyable afternoon drink. The Beer Punch Legend is only one of two of Kuskus’ original cocktails (the other is the similarly delightful Sunset Road), and can only be found on their menu at Lippo Mall, Kuta. Quite a pair, we say, with their popular steamed bun.
