Woo Bar at The W Resort and Spa has an an almost unrivaled selection of Spanish cured meats and French cheeses on hand in their Cave and Cellar section of their menu. Given so many options, we thought it wise to try out their Cave and Cellar tasting platter (450k). It gives you three cheeses and three meats along with bread and fruits that pair beautifully. The Maldano and Beher Jamon pulled apart perfectly and the cured goodness seemed to melt in your mouth. The Maldano Chorizo had the perfect level of spice. The cheeses on the platter included Morbier, Roquefort Blue Cheese and Reblochon. All three AOC cheeses were marvelous with high marks for the softer cheeses with their slightly pungent aroma.
