W Hotel’s Fire, best known for their grill dishes, has some very delicious starter dishes for you to try. Using fresh organic ingredients, meticulously prepared with upmost care, these starter dishes were not just taste marvellous, but also looks beautiful and guaranteed to whet your appetite! In this edition of Today’s Special, we’ve been invited by Fire to taste their Caulilflower Quinoa Rissoto. The dish’s main ingredients are curry oil, roasted almonds, harissa lamb sausage and mint. The fresh and lightly torched cauliflower adds crunch to the creamyness, while the combination of the curry oil, the earthly, nutty almond and raisins creates a taste that brings a delightful twist, complimented by the delicious harissa lamb sausage’s smoky flavor and chewy texture. It all adds up to making it a fulfilling yet light dish,and will cost you Rp. 150++
