If you’re feeling like a light main to go along with Char Char’s excellent selection of appetizers and desserts, try their Angus Tenderloin (250k). It’s 150 grams of grilled Australian Angus beef fillet sliced over mushroom and asparagus salsa. It also comes with something quite out of the ordinary but delicious nonetheless, caramelized red onion ice cream atop fried tempura onion. The ice cream is savory and tastes exactly how you would imagine it would. The grade 7-9 marble beef was tender and tasty, but the onion ice cream stole the show with its unusualness.
