Today's Specials: Byrdhouse Beach Club | Nasi Campur Bali

Holidaying in Bali is not complete if you skip the local dishes. And if you’re in Sanur looking for them, Byrdhouse Beach Club has got you covered. One of the local dishes we recommend you to try is Nasi Campur Bali (70k), a savory Balinese mixed rice dish that basically defines Indonesian cuisine. It comes with an assortment of local delights, including the Balinese-seasoned chicken and beef rendang as its main meats, the Balinese version of satay known as sate lilit, fresh mixed vegetables with grated coconut, crispy prawn crackers, together with a dab of sambal for some kick; all served side by side around the cone-shaped steamed white rice. However, if you feel that white rice doesn’t suit your fancy and want something else, it can always be replaced with either red or yellow rice upon request.
