Today's Specials: Brazilian Aussie BBQ | Picanha

If you’re a carnivore at heart or just know a really good deal on protein when you see one, Brazilian Aussie BBQ might as well have been tailored for you. For 165k, you get a full all-you-can-eat spread that includes a full soup and salad bar, and 10 different meats brought to your table. But the coup de grace has to be their Picanha. It’s a uniquely Brazilian cut of meat that is essentially the rump cap with the fat left on it which gives it a lot of moist flavor. The meat is lightly salted and amazingly tender with just the right amount of marble. The passadores slice the meat right onto your plate and you can request the thickness and placement of the cut to fit your needs. Sounds delish? Well, there are nine other meats to chose from as well!
