The Spa At The One Legian

A pampering sanctuary in the heart of the city.

LOOK
Tucked away in one of Bali’s top 4-star hotels, the Spa, features five treatment rooms including three couple rooms and two single rooms. Well-organized, fullfiled with aromatheraphy scent and soft glow lights add to the soothing tranquility of the space.

THE TREATMENT
The Spa was thrilled to introduce to us their latest signature treatment, Indian Head Massage(IDR200K net). Specially created to aid disruptive sleep patterns and alleviate restless nights, ultimately improving relaxation. The 120-minute massage is performed in a tranquil room, which begins with a gentle foot massage, back massage with precise pressure to release deep muscular tension. A tailored head massage focusing on the neck and head points of the body follows, releasing physical and emotional anxiety and restoring energy. To complete the experience, the therapist escorted us to their salon lounge to receive a creambath and scalp massage to alleviate tension while sipping hot ginger tea, leaving us feeling relaxed yet energized.

INGREDIENTS
The Indian Head massage uses pure coconut oil and is one of the best natural raw oils for dry skin. The oil nourishes the skin and promises a healthy glow. Great for skin conditions such as eczema, rashes, sunburn and swelling.

MAGIC
Not only accessible to hotel guests, The Spa also welcomes outside guests, open from 10am – 11pm offering friendly service, professionally trained therapists and a variety of specialty items for purchase.
