Seeing what they have on offer, The Spa at The ONE Legian is indeed designed for savvy travelers looking for some serious pampering. Located in one of the hotel’s nooks, this spa makes smart use of its not so large space, housing five treatment rooms that include three couples rooms and two single rooms. Well-organized, these spa rooms are illuminated with a soft glow of light that helps bring peace to your spa experience.

FEEL
Their “After Sun Delight” (350k) is indeed an oasis for those who worship the sun; the techniques and products applied are tried and trusted and are sure to not harm your sun-kissed skin. The treatment began with a massage which was deep and thorough yet also smooth and soothing. Our therapist applied the pressure carefully, starting from our back and going down towards the legs. Using the same technique and pressure, the front of our bodies were also massaged, releasing all the muscle tension from our bodies. After the massage, the treatment continued with a rehydrating process where we got a cool body mask. Sitting on a wet sheet, it was applied thoroughly on our body by wrapping our body with the sheet, as well as another layer of plastic to maximize the absorption. We thought it was cool, and it was said to be the best way to treat our skin as it won’t give more pain. While waiting for the mask to fully-absorb, we were also given a mini facial, using selected products to hydrate our face. After 15 minutes of body wrap and facial, we were then allowed to shower. As the treatment came to its end, we could say that it was indeed a great after-sun option, making our skin a lot smoother and our day a lot brighter.

INGREDIENTS
This treatment utilizes products which are comfortable for sunburnt skin. First of all, the massage uses moisture-rich lavender oil which does not only reduce anxiety and emotional stress as it has a wonderful scent, but also helps heal burns and wounds, making it good to revitalize the sun-kissed skin. Then, there’s the aloe vera mask which has a cooling effect. For the facial, the cleanser, toner and lotion contain aloe vera, as well as the seaweed scrub.
MAGIC
Despite its simplicity, this spa hides so much charm that you will only find once you are stepping into it. We loved how the staff welcomed us warmly upon our arrival, creating a nice start of our pampering journey. Next came the consultation session, to let the therapists know about the condition of our body, how we wanted to be treated and what products we preferred. Add these with the attentive services by their certified therapists and a menu full of indulging treatments and packages, what we had was an exceptional spa experience.
