When we entered the lobby, we were greeted with an earthy toned decor, dominated by shades of brown and green, complete with wooden furniture and a water feature. Reborn Reflexology & Healthcare houses 40 beds for full body massages and 20 sofas for foot reflexology. A Juice Corner also can be found to get us some fresh healthy juices before or after the treatments.

FEEL
We tried one of their 120 minute signature treatments called “Tui na” Therapeutic Massage priced IDR 200K nett after Happy Hour and IDR150K nett on Happy Hour. The “Tui Na” session started off with a ritual salt water foot bath to get us ready for the massage. Right after, we were led to the room surrounded by dimmed orange lights and soothing Balinese music to begin our revitalizing journey. “Tui Na” is the combination of Chinese and Balinese techniques dominated by push rub with acupressure principles to bring the body back into balance. Aiming for healing, the massage was so much more detailed and intense, with firm yet gentle hand movements applied thoughtfully at different acupressure points of the body. This massage is effective in treating or complementing the treatment of many conditions including lower back pain, frozen shoulder, slipped disc, fractures, and many others. After we were done with the session, sliced fruit, a warm ginger tea and juice of our choice were served for us to enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
For “Tui Na”, there are four choices of coconut-base oils including Sandalwood, Frangipani, Lavender and Jasmine. For those who feel tired, it is recommended to choose the Lavendar or Sandalwood-scented oils, while those who want a more refreshing aroma, Frangipani or Jasmine scented oils are a great choice.
