Set in the tranquil setting, surrounded by the lush tropical gardens of Ramayana Kuta Resort Bali, Rama Spa is designed to soothe the senses, offering guests a range of holistic treatments. Supporting the services, the traditional-inspired spa provides complete facilities, housing two couple rooms and two single rooms, as well as a beauty salon and a reflexology room with two comfy reflexology chairs.
FEEL
The first treatment we picked from their menu was the 60-minute “Aromatherapy Massage” (465k), and it was a great treatment that helped us re-balance. Our treatment began with a soothing foot ritual, followed by an aromatherapy body massage, using a gentle combination of stretches and pressure which worked together perfectly with our chosen aromatherapy oil. One thing that made the oil more special was that it had been warmed prior to the massage, so that it was good for stimulating the flow and energy within our body, as well as helping melt the tension away. After 60 minutes, our session then continued with our second pick, the 30-minute “Aromatic Foot Reflexology” (245k). Aimed at re-activating all inner body functions, it used firm pressure to activate points and organs throughout the body, as well as muscle groups, bones and nerves. Started at the toes and working up the foot, concentrating in these areas, it relieves pain, stimulates circulation and brings balance to the body. Finally, this treatment ended with a warm towel and foot lotion. Concluding our journey was a cup of warm herbal tea that made a pleasant finish to our treatment.
INGREDIENTS
For this treatment, the spa focuses on using local products including Balinese herbs and spices as the ingredients. The options include Kutus Kutus Oil and Bokashi Oil which are great for health. In addition to these, there are also aromatic options like Frangipani Oil and Chocolate Oil, perfect for those who need to be more relaxed.
