The Beat tried one of their popular offers, the SygmaLift — a high-performance non-surgical skin lifting treatment. This treatment uses an advance technology, aiming to effectively lift and reshape the face and body. Prior to the treatment, we were required to see the doctor who analyzed our face and body condition, as well as explaining to us what the treatment is all about. From this consultation, it was decided that we would do the ‘SygmaLift Cheek & Nasolabial’ (2,800k) which focused on our cheeks and nasolabial folds (laugh lines). Lying on the treatment bed, the treatment began with a face cleansing, followed by the application of cool gel which acted as conductor of the ultrasounds. The first procedure of the treatment was the High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) which aimed to reduce the fat and lift the muscle. That was then followed by the second procedure, the Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) through Cold Laser technology, which stimulates collagen production and accelerates the recovery process. The treatment ended with the application of sunscreen on our face, as well as some final words from the doctor. What we loved about this treatment was that it was pain-free and relaxing, had no side effects, there was no need for any post-procedure medication, and, of course, the result which reshaped our cheek contours with tighter skin.
