Giorgio Italian Ristorante Pizzeria invites all the food enthusiasts to savor the true Italian taste with an exquisite array of 5-course wine pairing dinner on Friday, 29 November 2019.
The wine dinner is the first to be hosted since the celebrated Italian eatery is taken under the wing of Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach and will feature 5 courses of authentic Italian recipes paired with a fine selection of New World wines.

Carpaccio Di Salmone paired with 2016 Astrolabe ‘Durvillea’ Pinot Gris, New Zealand
Manzo Alla Saltimbocca paired with 2017 MAN Vintners ‘Ou Kalant’ Cabernet Sauvignon, South Africa
White Chocolate Tarfuto paired with 2015 Astrolabe Beacon Hill Vineyard Pinot Rose, New Zealand.
The dinner is best to be enjoyed on the second-floor alfresco terrace, where tables are set under the starry sky of Bali and refreshing evening breeze. A live acoustic trio will entertain the diners with lovely melodies.
