The luxurious St. Regis Bali Resort in Nusa Dua has just appointed a new Hotel Manager: Nico Alexander Braunwalder. Already a veteran in the hospitality industry, Braunwalder has 9-years-experience under his belt in Asia alone (which includes Hong Kong and Beijing), with the last stint was as Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton in Osaka, Japan. The holder of a Higher Diploma from the Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality in Chur, Switzerland, Braunwalder is now in charge of the resort’s 123 super luxe Suites and Villas.
