On the Sanur front, be sure to mark August 9 – 13 on your calendar so you don’t miss the annual Sanur Village Festival. A plethora of activities, the festival (bearing the theme Unity in Diversity) is now on its 12th year and along with the usual musical and art performances (which include the Sanur Mostly Jazz Festival featuring Indra Lesmana and Dewa Budjana) and food bazaar, there will also be a Kite Festival, Traditional Boat Parade and Competition, Water Sport Display, and environmental activities such as beach cleanup, mangrove planting, turtle release, and many others.
