If you are in Bali on March 6th until 8th, you’ll have the chance to experience the Day of Silence! There are no flights scheduled on March 7, no one can leave or enter Bali, everything is closed and no light is meant to be lit. While no one is allowed to drive or walk around, and everyone is meant to stay indoors, you can try some of these hotel’s Nyepi package. Go for the Nyepi package at the Grand Istana Rama, Kuta if you want to stay while you can feel the beach atmosphere around. The One Legian also offers a tempting affordable package for Nyepi with some in-house activites. Heading south, Karma Kandara and Raddison Blu Uluwatu are also offering great packages for the two night period. It’s an excellent time to enjoy some time in meditation and self-reflection and make sure you get to see the ogoh-ogoh parade the night before. Enjoy
