England’s Bestival is Coming to Bali

The boutique music festival, Bestival, is on the way to Bali for the first time. Originating from the South of England in 2004, the festival is popular for its quirky, hippy feel where visitors come in fancy dress and support environmental causes by introducing programs such as Bike to Bestival. The music is on the eclectic side, and the line-up for Bestival Bali includes rap group De La Soul, drum and bass band Rudimental, reggae playa Ras Muhammad, electronic duo Purity Ring, folksy Stars and Rabbit, funk maestro George Clinton, and, of course, the founder of the Bestival, English DJ Rob Da Bank. Bestival Bali debuts on Sept 30 – Oct 1 at GWK Cultural Park.
