The Cultural Event of the Year will be The 39th Bali Art Festival

For fans of art and culture, be sure not to miss the cultural event of the year, Bali Arts Festival, an annual festival celebrating its 39th anniversary this year. Traditional dancers, musicians, and craftsmen are given the spotlight for a whole month. The opening ceremony in front of the Bajra Sandhi monument in Denpasar is a must-see spectacle and from then the event will spread throughout Denpasar—namely at Bali Arts Centre—for a variety of stage performances showcasing Bali’s best at its purest, including long forgotten or recently revived village dances such as tambulilingan or jauk. The Bali Arts Festival will run from June 8th to July 10th.
