T’is the season of fashion. After Bali Fashion Trend, HIPMI (Indonesia Young Entrepreneur Association) will unveil their annual Fashion Week at Beachwalk Shopping Center in Kuta on July 6 – 16, aiming to further ignite the creative industry through the art of fashion. At last year’s event, established brands like Lingga Yoni, Cap Bali, Etnik, and Setadanda shared the runway with local designers from Gianyar, while their designing competition enlisted 80 young designers with the winner’s work showcased at Hong Kong Fashion Week. For 2017, the winner will receive tickets and accommodation to New York and have a photoshoot for the NY Fashion Week’s lookbook.
