Bali International Women’s Association (BIWA) is to hold a charity bazaar at Lotte Mart, taking place on October 30 starting from 9am. Over 200 stalls will be presented on the day, offering a great variety of merchandise and food. A full-day program of spectacular music and dance performances is also provided, so it’s going to be a fun day for the whole family. BIWA is a secular, non-profit and non-political charity association for women from different nations and cultures who reside in Bali. Bazaar proceeds will later be used to support various social welfare projects which BIWA carefully checks for both need and financial integrity. Projects include funding to help abandoned babies and elderlies, sewing courses and cooking equipment to empower women, and schools for mentally disabled adhering challenged children.
