The Rip Curl Cup will be hitting the shores of Bali once again this year for the 14th time. Held annually at Padang-Padang, the World Surf League-sanctioned event will run on the biggest swell anywhere from July 10 to August 10, the peak of Indonesia’s prime swell season. “We are thrilled to once again have the WSL’s support and expertise in showcasing the best tube-riding show of the year to an ever-growing global audience,” said James Hendy, the brand’s Marketing Manager for Southeast Asia. The 2017 Rip Curl Cup Padang Padang will be webcast live at www.ripcurl.asia, and fans can also visit the site to check the latest swell forecast from official event forecaster, Surfline, real-time contest status, and video updates from Bali.
