New Place: Tiki Room at Azul Beach Club

There’s a new spot for tropical cocktail lovers in the Legian/Seminyak area. Launched just last month, you can find Tiki Room on the second floor of Azul Beach Club right on Legian Beach. Tiki Room is designed with a tropical touch and is part of the now famed, bamboo beach club overlooking Bali’s nicest stretch of sunset beach. The bamboo tree house has a laid-back vibe, complemented with tropical reggae and live, island sounds.
Tiki Room offers all day Tiki cocktails with three standout, shared concoctions; The Monster (perfect for two people), Tiki Bowl Sangria (for up to three people) and Treasure Box (for up-to five pax). Tiki’s mixologist, Helmut Roessler has created unique Balinese infusions with world famous Tiki cocktails, such as Tiki Puka Puka, with its fruity and sweet flavours or Nusa Cana Coconut Mojito, crafted with the island’s favorite Nusa Cana Rum. According to Helmut, the guests’ favorite so far is ‘The Island Nectar’ and the ‘Treasure Box’. They also serve some tasty Tiki mochtails.
Tiki Room, the first of its kind in Bali, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a casual global cuisine, created by the well-known local Chef, Arief Wicaksono. Every Friday live bands/performances start from 8pm onwards, including an in-house DJ who plays reggae and sometimes samba music, but never doof-doof, boom-boom.
