New Place: Hibachi Voyage

Hibachi Voyage is Bali’s answer to the American/Japanese hibachi craze currently taking over the new world. American Hibachi is similar to teppanyaki with the difference being the burner. The restaurant is cosy, and family or group friendly, with four private tappinyaki tables with their own chef that will cook your food right in front of you.
Hibachi’s menu is a combination of Japanese and Western set menus called Omakase style. They typically start with a soup, salad, appetizer, and include a main course and dessert. One standout is their Kagoshima beef which is super marbled and very tender. Other favorites are the lobster and scallop.   Try their authentic Japanese sake and whiskey, while you sit down with friends to enjoy some delicious food and an enteraining evening.
