Starting out life in Hong Kong as an exclusive group for carnivorous gourmands, The Butcher’s Club has now branched out to Bali, offering up a red-blooded mix of steaks, burgers and everything in-between. It is best known for its seriously gourmet, dry-aged beef burgers – washed down with top-end bourbon whiskeys or ice cold beers, the butchers have been creating some of the best burgers in town. The dining is both indoor and outdoor with a friendly and fun staff making sure all runs smoothly. The Butcher’s Club will soon be rolling out a new menu to include aged grain fed cuts of the finest imported steaks. As if that weren’t enough, a selection of pastas, salads and seafood will also be gracing the pages of the new list. A few nips and tucks to the huge venue will also ensure plenty of interest in this already popular Seminyak favourite.
