Chef Jonay
We spent a day by the pool at Mrs Sippy last week and it’s safe to say their pizzas are one of our favorites! Chef Jonay walked us through the process and explained that he wanted to make something different, not too thin, not too thick – the perfect balance between a Neapolitan and Roman pizza. Using fresh mozzarella, Italian tomatoes and a double fermentation process, Jonay has created a range of pizzas that catapults your taste buds through the hills of Italy. Our choice was the Pepperoni & Pork (150k) and we absolutely loved it!
