Sunday BBQ Brunch at Azul Beach Club

Sunday seems like a good day for some grills. If it is a nice BBQ that you need, head over to Bali Mandira Beach Resort & Spa as Azul Beach Club is now set to heat up your Sundays with their Sunday BBQ Brunch. Enjoy the backyard barbecue without the hassle, with their smokehouse specials including roasted lamb and rotisserie chicken, as well as freshly-tossed house salads and baked vegetables.

Kicking off with the welcome cocktail, the brunch here begins with a good selection of Western and Asian salads, as well as the salad bar that provides numerous sliced veggies, dressings and toppings for diners to assemble their own. Done with the salads, diners can head to the grilling station in the beach club’s backyard where choices of sausages, meat and seafood await. Some of the favorites include Grilled Chicken Basil Bratwurst, Grilled Lamb Marques, Spice Honey Roasted Beef Rump and Baby Pork Ribs, as well as Seared Spicy Jimbaran King Prawn, Grilled Garlic Olive Oil Half Kalimantan Crab and Grilled Scallop. To give it an extra oomph, there are also various kinds of sauces and condiments to match the grills, a selection of breads, plus the sides like Sautéed Mushroom, Baked Potato and Baked Vegetables. Finally, washing off the meaty flavors of brunch are the sweets, including the Chocolate Cake, Opera Cake and Strawberry Tart to name a few.
This Sunday BBQ Brunch is priced 275k++ which includes welcome cocktail, free flow water and soft drinks, and 130K++ for children under 12 years old. As this brunch is made for families, diners also get free access to the beach club’s infinity pool during the brunch, whereas the little ones are invited to join the children activities, prepared by the resort’s team.
